Valve caps can protect spare tubes against accidental valve self puncturing when they’re rolled up in riding jersey pockets, repair kits, and in transit. Valve caps protect valves from debris build up and potentially damaging ingress. Using valve caps can reduce the risk of a blocked or damaged valve.
Machined grip steps provide ample fingertip grip in cold conditions with or without cycling gloves.
