Smoothness, precision in shifting, silence, lightness, aesthetics and practicality, that's what we were inspired by before making our pulleys.
As with each of our components, the Cruel pulley is made entirely by CNC using the best aluminum alloy on the market, that is 7075 t6 alloy.
Through a series of mechanical and chemical processes, our team managed to obtain friction degree close to zero; this, combined with a nanotechnological surface treatment and a design studied in detail, has allowed us to make our pulleys self-cleaning, simplifying the periodic cleaning of the transmission but above all raising the level of performance in the most extreme conditions.
Nothing was left to chance! For bearings we have relied on industry leaders
and we have implemented a nanotechnology treatment able to increase its smoothness and reduce corrosion. Zerofactory is a nanotechnology treatment that reduces the roughness of materials, making bearings smoother and more resistant to corrosion
Furthermore, to ensure maximum bearing performance, we have created totally innovative side panels, which guarantee its total protection, preventing external contaminents from penetrating.
