Our 25,4 mm carbon flatbar has a middle section of 180 mm, the grip sections are swept back 6°/9° These bars are competition proven. These handlebars too are made to measure. We use up to 19 layers of carbon for the middle section. Any stem with a diameter of 25.4 mm may be used, including stems with 4 clamping bolts. These cross country bars are designed to be used with barends. Because of that their ends are reinforced. We do not want to use aluminium plugs, which bring the weight up to over 100 g again.
Our extra light 18 mm carbon plugs are designed to fit these bars.
Ordering
Because of these reinforcements these bars may only be shortened by 5 mm on each side. Please make sure to order the right width for your requirements! If you do not intend to use barends go for the TLO version! Those bars are yet another 30 g lighter without sacrificing strength and reliability.
