The latest Aeroad is built for speed, but its seatpost is still an opportunity to save weight. This Darimo carbon seatpost is made for the Canyon Aeroad 2025-onwards generation, with Straight and Setback options to suit your saddle position.

How to choose your seatpost length
Set your saddle at its normal riding height. Measure along the seatpost from the top of the frame, where the post enters the seat tube, to the saddle rails. Compare that exposed measurement with the length table below. If it falls within the range for two post lengths, the shorter post saves more weight, provided it gives you the required insertion. What’s the difference between Straight and Setback?
Straight places the saddle clamp in line with the post. Setback places it farther behind the post. Choose Straight if you want your saddle farther forward; choose Setback if you need it farther back. Your saddle rails provide some adjustment with either version, but changing posts can change your riding position.
Which length do I need?
With your saddle at its usual height, measure the exposed post from the top of the frame to the saddle rails. Match your measurement to the length table on this page: 250mm suits 100–175mm exposed; 300mm suits 145–220mm; 350mm suits 190–265mm; and 400mm suits 235–310mm.
My measurement fits two lengths. Which should I buy?
Choose the shorter length if you want the lightest setup and your measurement sits comfortably within its stated range. Choose the longer length if you want more room to raise the saddle later or share the bike with a taller rider. Do not cut the post to change its length.
Will it fit my saddle rails?
The clamp accepts standard 7×7mm round rails and 7×9mm oval carbon rails. Check your saddle’s rail dimensions if they are a different size.
What if I weigh more than 90kg?
The standard post is specified for a rider weighing up to 90kg, including clothing and luggage. If you exceed that, contact us before ordering with your weight and required length so we can arrange the appropriate reinforced version with Darimo.
